Trinity's Volunteer Care Ministries are one way we show God's love and mercy to our members and the community.
Our lay volunteers have gifts of mercy and hearts of love that reach out to those who need a little extra care. If you are interested in being a part of any of these care ministries listed below, or would like to be a recipient of them, contact Pastor Jo at Trinity Lutheran Church. Trinity provides training opportunities for those interested in volunteer their time, gifts, and talents through any of these ministries.

Prayer Chain Ministry
One of the great privileges and ministries listed in the New Testament is the opportunity to remember one another in prayer, to "bear one another's burdens." To request prayers and/or to participate in this ministry, please contact the church office.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Care and the love of knitting and crocheting combine in this prayerful ministry that reaches out to those in need of comfort and solace, as well as other times in our lives. Many blessings are included in every shawl from the first stitch through its completion. When the Prayer Shawl ministry meets it is a time of connecting, reporting on where prayer shawls have been placed over the past months, and to spend time in prayer for those who will receive the new shawls created. We welcome new knitters and crocheters to this ministry. For more information contact the church office.
