Rev. Karla Mickelson,

Pastor, Trinity and First Presbyterian Churches, Crookston

Trinity Point

Come and join us at Trinity Point (on Maple Lake) for a new season of casual worship, lake activities, relaxation and camping.  This is a ministry of Trinity Lutheran and we invite all Trinity members to  Trinity Point which opens on Memorial Day Weekend, with summer worship at 10:30 each Sunday thru Labor Day. If needed, directions to Trinity Point are posted on our website at www.trinitycrookston.org or call the church office for printed directions.

Starting today, we return to the to the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL) for our Biblical texts for worship.
We began using the Narrative Lectionary in September to try something different, focus on one Biblical text,
and to follow scripture more consecutively within a book in the Bible.

If you are asking “why” we are using the Revised Common Lectionary, it is to keep things simple and relevant.
Trinity is in collaboration with First Presbyterian which follows the RCL. There is less confusion when we have guest preachers and Pr.  Isaacson is mentoring someone at another church who is also using the RCL.

Camp Good Mourning Life after Loss

How do I register my child for Pathways Bible Camp???
►Find a registration form/brochure. Brochures are in the narthex, Fellowship Hall, church office, or online at www.pathwaysbiblecamps.com
►Decide which camp you’d like your K-6th grader to attend. (There are several choices listed in the brochure).
►Check with your child’s friends to see when they are going to camp this summer so you can attend together! Or invite a friend to go with you.
►If you need financial support, contact the church office (281-4276).
►If you DON’T need financial support, complete the registration form and send it directly to Pathways or register online! Remember that Pathways is a “member” congregation so choose that option when filling out the form.
►Let us know when your child is going to camp; we like to send a little note to each child!

When you have filled your Walk for Water coin bottle,
