National Youth Gathering 2021
Hugo’s Coupon Book Fundraiser
Trinity’s NYG Crew is selling Hugo’s Coupon Books as a fundraiser
for their journey to the ELCA National Youth Gathering
 in Minneapolis. Coupon books are $10 each.
Contact any youth attending NYG 2021 to get your coupon book.
 A limited number of coupon books are available for purchase in
the church office during regular office hours.

Trinity’s Women of the ELCA are planning for their annual

fundraiser and are seeking donations for the

Fall Bazaar Bake Sale on November 17th.

Items needed are
pies, breads, bars, cookies, candies, cakes,

 lefse, canned goods
and any fun food  items

(for example: “puppy chow,” caramel corn, popcorn balls,

holiday treats, etc
.) you would like to share.

Church Together – Pie with the Bishop!
Come gather with siblings in Christ to meet our new Bishop, Pastor Bill Tesch.
 Enjoy some delicious pie and make a new friend or two!
 This will be an opportunity to hear from the Bishop, ask questions about our Synod and
ELCA and share your congregation’s joys and sorrows with neighboring congregations.

Remembering Our Loved Ones 
All Saints Sunday, November 3rd 

On all Saints Sunday, November 3rd, we will remember those from our congregation
who have died this past year.


  Trinity’s Women of the ELCA are planning to purchase new plates (2 sizes)
for the church kitchen. Before this project can start, new homes are needed
for the current dishes. If you of a place, charity or other entity where we
could donate our current plates, please call Judy Dragseth at 281-2550 with your ideas!


Children’s Christmas Store

It’s not too early to begin gathering items to donate to the 2019 Children’s Christmas Store! A donation box is located at Trinity’s parking lot entrance. The store will be open December 15th!

Reading is the foundation of all learning – but in Minnesota, one in three third graders struggles to read. As a literacy tutor, you can help these students gain the skills they need to thrive.

Volunteers work full or part-time and receive a small stipend and other benefits depending on hours worked. All schedules are Monday – Friday.

National Youth Gathering Family Gathering


Trinity Lutheran Church, Crookston is looking for an individual to give leadership in planning, coordinating and enhancing a contemporary Sunday morning worship experience.  Position is approximately ten hours per week at $20 per hour.

ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY: 20 hours per week – schedule is flexible. Candidate must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word. Good communication skills required. Experienced preferred. Wage is dependent upon experience.

Trinity has been blessed to offer rides to Sunday worship at Trinity FREE of charge via Ampride Taxi and Tri Valley Bus for several years. 
Due to limited funds, Trinity’s Congregation Council has decided
to discontinue ride services with Ampride Taxi 
but will continue to pay for rides to worship with
the Tri Valley Bus Transportation system.
These changes became effective July 1st.

    Lutheran Social Service on MN will offer a NEW monthly support group for Caregivers at Trinity Lutheran Church the first Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. beginning September 6th.
    This group offers comfort, support and education to caregivers during tough seasons. This group is for those caring for an older adult or anyone an early onset memory related disorder.
    CAREGIVER SUPPORT & RESPITE: Are you stressed and in need of extra support while caregiving? LSS of MN offers a variety of services to help those in need. Caregiver’s can receive individual support, attend educational classes, gain respite support, and even gain support with and through their electronic devices.

    Lutheran Social Services of MN is seeking volunteers for their Caregiver Support programs. Volunteers provide companionship to elderly and veterans in their community. AmeriCorps offers modest compensation for their volunteers.

Carrying the message of the gospel through the streets of Crookston
can feel intimidating but through Trinity’s Radio and TV Ministry,
we are reaching out to those who may not step into our church building
to hear the message. 
This vital outreach touches lives well beyond Crookston’s city limits.  

Gifts to the Radio Fund can be given to honor or remember a loved one. 
Recognition of the weekly radio broadcast sponsorship can be scheduled
to coincide with a memorable date. 
The cost of each weekly broadcast is $126.00
