Trinity’s Women of the ELCA invite you to their annual Christmas party this
Thursday, December 8 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Casserole/warm entrée is provided; you are asked to bring a salad, bread, or dessert/goodie. 
The program is presented by the Praise Singers and “Gifts for Baby Jesus,”
in the form of (unwrapped) infant clothing, blankets, stuffed toys, etc. are suggested.
Donated items will be given to Polk County Victim’s Assistance.

Our friends from First Presbyterian Church and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church
have been invited to join us for the evening.

“Bethlehem Speaks”

Mary, Joseph, the Innkeeper’s wife, the Angel, a shepherd, and a Wise Man
all share their personal story of that holy Christmas night in Bethlehem when
Jesus was born during Trinity’s annual congregational Christmas program on
Wednesday, December 14.
As their stories unfold, slowly the picture of Bethlehem is revealed.
Be prepared to have your heart touched as you experience Bethlehem on Christmas night.

Supper, hosted by the Trinity Point Campers,
will be served in the Fellowship Hall from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

A free will offering will be taken with proceeds used for Trinity Point improvements.

2016 Christmas food Baskets.
 We continue to need YOUR financial

assistance and spiritual support!
Monetary donations may be dropped off in the church
office or mailed to P.O. Box 598, Crookston MN 56716.
Please designate your gift to “Trinity Food Baskets.”

 If you know of someone who needs a basket or if you
need one yourself call the church office at 281-4276.
Calls will be taken now through December 9 during regular office hours:
Tuesday through Friday 8:00 am - 12 noon & 1:00 - 5:00 pm.
 Please DO NOT leave voice mail regarding food baskets,
we are unable to return those messages.

Boxes are available at church entrances

Praying the Scriptures
First Presbyterian Church – Fireside Room

The first Tuesday of each month

December 6 at 7:13 p.m.
Focus is on the prayer practice of Lectio Divina
​ where a section of scripture is read and prayed.
The Narrative Lectionary will be used in preparation
for the coming Sunday’s worship. Ruth Sanders guides this group.

 It’s not too early to begin gathering items to donate to the Children’s Christmas Store!
Help us stock the shelves! Please donate gently used/like new items for
our store. We are looking for….
Gift items, household items (no vases, please), decorative items, Christmas decorations, children’s toys, stuffed animals, jewelry, men’s items
(no clothing, please) and gift bags.
A donation box is located at Trinity’s parking lot entrance.

Wrapping paper is not needed but donations of gift bags & tissue are greatly appreciated!
This is a great opportunity for Trinity’s children to purchase gifts
for their family. Thanks for your donations to the Children’s Christmas Store!
